Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Virew, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including guests using Virew before signing in.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to consent to these terms in your country. You may use email/password or Google Sign-In.

You may upload gameplay videos only if you have the right to do so. You keep ownership of your videos; you grant Virew permission to store and process them solely to provide your coaching and progress features. Do not upload illegal, infringing or offensive content.

The Free plan includes up to 5 lap analyses per month, videos up to 3 minutes, your AI score, coach summary, improvement tips, a daily mission and your last 5 saved reports.

Virew Pro unlocks unlimited lap analyses, videos up to 10 minutes, unlimited history, long-term progress tracking, personalized coaching and priority AI processing. Pro is offered at 99 NOK per month (prices may be shown converted to your local currency for convenience).

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

Except where required by applicable consumer law, payments are non-refundable and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at virewapp@gmail.com.

You agree not to misuse Virew — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, abuse the AI, upload harmful content, or use the app in violation of any law. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Virew's coaching is generated by an AI model and is provided for guidance and entertainment. It may contain errors and is not a guarantee of results or of any specific improvement in your lap times. Always use your own judgement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virew is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "last updated" date, and significant changes may be communicated in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
